ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a close-knit team of five. State Farm has deep roots in my family - my father worked for State Farm Corporate before retiring, and my brother is also an agent. When the company I worked for was sold, I decided it was the right time to follow that family tradition and open an agency of my own. I'm a graduate of Central Washington University and love traveling whenever I get the opportunity.
Being part of our community is incredibly important to us. Our agency works closely with local businesses, participates in community events, and stays actively involved in charitable initiatives throughout the year.
We offer a Simple IRA, 15 days of PTO, free snacks, family-friendly flexibility, and a strong commitment to work-life balance - including closing the office at 3:00 PM on Fridays. We also enjoy team-building events, outings, and big holiday celebrations throughout the year.

As an Account Associate for Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Currently licensed applicants preferred.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
